C & S ELECTRICAL WHOLESALE LTD was formed in September 1997. The directors have been in the electrical industry all their working life. Between them, they had worked locally for various electrical wholesalers for over 30 years. It seemed a natural progression to form their own company. C & S was born from very humble beginnings and opened its doors on 1st December with less than £1000 worth of stock. Its turnover in the 1st month was £6000. C & S has now grown into two branches with a stockholding in excess of £100,000 and a turnover in excess of £1,000,000. The Directors are strong believers in investment in quality staff and have built good teams of knowledgeable hard working staff in both branches. C & S pride themselves on the service they offer both locally and nationally to all their customers. IN 2002 C & S joined the Association of Wholesale Electrical Bulk Buyers (A.W.E.B.B). AWEBB is a group of 64 independent electrical wholesalers with over 120 branches throughout the United Kingdom. The benefits to C & S were obvious, improved buying power made them more competitive in the market place. Access to larger product ranges and the ability to offer thier customers national access to everyday products. If any C & S customer is working any where in the UK an AWEBB member is never far away. |
